Foundation & Planning (Jan – May 2025)
- Register as a Community Interest Company (CIC) - Secure initial funding and brand partnerships - Develop workshop curriculum (hardware, software, gaming, creative tech)
Pilot Workshops (June – Aug 2025)
- Launch small group pilot sessions across London - Gather feedback from participants and parents - Finalise support strategies for youth with additional needs (ADHD, autism, anxiety, etc.)
Expansion & Outreach (Sept – Dec 2025)
- Host workshops across all four Minko’s Macs branches - Partner with local schools, youth hubs, and councils - Begin youth mentoring pilot program
Growth & Impact (Up to Dec 2025)
- Run weekly and holiday sessions - Train youth mentors and expand to new boroughs - Track participant milestones and feedback - Reach and support 1000+ young people by December 2025
